Main works of the intervention in question:
- Demolition of the existing building;
- Construction of a new building with overall volume and ridge height equal to those of the existing one;
- Construction of cavity against the ground to the north;
- Demolition of the external staircase;
- Construction of a new external staircase connecting the ground floor and the garden on the first floor below the street;
- Creation of a green roof with photovoltaic pergola;
- Construction of a new external staircase to access the green roof
- External cladding of the first floor below the street in wood
