Description
The works in the project include the general demolition of property used as a workshop, located in Genoa - The Town Hall, the maintenance of perimeter walls and structural elements in common or in compliance with the neighboring buildings and the subsequent reconstruction of a new building for a flat out land, with maximum quota below the current one, adibirsi average sales structure characterized by:
- bearing structure with beams and reinforced concrete pillars;
- roof terrace with additional fittings (pergola) and green (shrubs and climbers);
- construction of display cases oriented towards the commercial side of Colombo Via.
